A year-long structure allows space for real application, coaching-based accountability, and the kind of leadership growth that shifts both behavior and culture.
Shorter pilot formats (e.g., assessment + workshop series) are available for select firms exploring long-term fit.
What a 12-Month Program Typically Includes:
One-on-one coaching for each participating leader (biweekly or monthly)
Facilitated group workshops that build shared leadership language and strengthen team cohesion (recommended monthly and designed with input from the organization for optimal alignment with daily challenges)
Kickoff assessments (e.g., EQ-i 2.0®, verbal 360s, or behavioral tools) to establish a development baseline
Group insights report summarizing leadership themes, strengths, and development areas across the cohort
Midpoint and end-of-program assessments to track growth and inform future development planning
On-call coaching support via email or scheduled office hours for in-the-moment leadership challenges
