The tool includes growth metrics, group reports, and tailored leadership-level reports to provide a holistic understanding of each individual's potential and areas for development.

  2. 360-Degree Feedback: This multi-rater assessment offers a panoramic view of a leader's impact on their team and organization. It often uncovers blind spots and provides valuable insights into how a leader's behavior may be contributing to their stress levels or those of their team. I conduct these stakeholder interviews personally and 1:1, utilizing my qualitative research background to truly form thematic analysis of a leader’s presence and impact.

Creating Customized Development Plans

Armed with these insights, I work collaboratively with each leader to create a tailored development plan. This isn't a static document but a living strategy that evolves as the leader progresses. We focus on:

  • Identifying and addressing the root causes of burnout
